Who we are
A Family’s Best Friend specialise in person-centred care, supporting children and young people at home, in the community and in the transition to adult services. We continue to provide support in adulthood, specific to the individual, both at home and in the community.
From the families we work with...
A Family’s Best friend have been supporting and caring for both our my sons since 2012, which has enabled us to have some respite time with our young daughter. A Family’s Best Friend also offer baby sitting so my husband and I can enjoy an evening out and gives us peace of mind that all staff are first aid trained. They are reliable, caring, supportive with lots of knowledge on ASD.

Our son has complex medical and learning needs, in order for us all to lead as fulfilling life as possible we need child care providers that have skills and expertise beyond the norm. A family’s best friend gives us the security of knowing our child is looked after by people that really care and are invested in his future.
